These my tips on losing weight this is a list of things that work for me. I will be updating regularly as I find more programs that make my life easier as I am sure it will make your too!

  • Taking a walk to our favorite dining spot.My family burns calories on the way to dinner and get our heart rate up before we even eat.After dinner we walk home and burn even more calories.  I love this one
  • Standing at the doctor’s office I have knee problems so I am always at the doctor’s office but I burn an extra 30 calories just by standing.
